Privacy Policy

Emti is built so that this page can be short. The app has no server, no account system and no analytics. Nothing you do in Emti is transmitted anywhere.

What we collect

Nothing. Emti does not collect, store or transmit personal data. There is no backend to send data to.

Your photos

Emti reads your photo library through Apple's PhotoKit, only after you grant permission. Photos, videos and their metadata are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded, never copied off the device and never shared with us or anyone else. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.

Deletion

When you delete items in Emti, iOS moves them to the "Recently Deleted" album, where they remain for 30 days before iOS removes them permanently. Emti never deletes anything without asking you first.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We never see your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy applies to that transaction.

Analytics and tracking

Emti contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no tracking pixels and no crash reporting that transmits data. The app functions fully in airplane mode.

This website

This site is a static page. It sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Basic server logs may be kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

Children

Emti is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
