The agreement
By downloading or using Emti, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Emti on devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app.
Deleting photos
Emti helps you delete photos and videos from your library. Deletion is your decision. Emti always shows a confirmation step before anything is removed, and deleted items go to the iOS "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days. You are responsible for your own backups. We are not liable for photos or videos you choose to delete.
Size estimates
Storage figures shown in the app are measured and estimated on your device. They are close but not guaranteed to match iOS exactly, and are marked as approximate where relevant.
Purchases and subscriptions
Swiping in Emti is free and unlimited, and your first deletion is free. Paid plans are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy.
Availability
Emti is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
Governing law
German law applies, insofar as this does not remove protections you have as a consumer where you live.
